This is a low profile trade, but filled with posibilities in my opinion... Would you say giving up Kevin Curtis WR (who was targeted about 11 times monday night, some dropped, some overthrown) is a good trade for Drew Bennett who seems to not get that much attention in STL... Any thoughts would be appreciated...

I'd go with the WR for St. Louis due to Bulger being a better QB right now than McMiss

This trade has been vetoed... he's Mcnabb's go-to guy in the last two games, posibilities are high... Like i said in starter post, he's targeted so many times that i think he'll be solid for weeks to come with good matchups scheduled. Let's see how it turns out.

Just curious: was this trade vetoed by a league vote or by the Commish?

League votes, but it's because some of the guys in the league have a "conspiracy" against the manager offering Bennett to me, its an inside joke... It caused some fantasy drama in the message board which was hillarious, he cried about it, threatened to drop out, and other baby-like moves. It's all since been resolved! lmao

your trade getting vetoed sucks, because I don't think trades should be blocked unless conspiracy between 2 teams to create a super team is suspected. Good Luck

Yes, if the league votes it down, there's not much recourse, but trades shouldn't be evaluated on the best case for every player. That pretty much eliminates the "buy low / sell high" strategy for trades.
You can't veto a trade for Larry Johnson because he has the potential to rush for 1700 yards; you have to go on what his current value is.

I agree, vetoe powers are part of the game and like you mentioned, as long as there's no conspiracy between two teams to make a super team, the vetoe powers can and should be used wih responsibility!

From my experience in leagues that I'm in, baseball and football no one has vetoed a trade so far. you have the right to veto any trade but just because you think a team is going to get better by making a certain trade, doesn't count as an excuse to veto a trade. Another possibility could be a novice making a trade that is unfair to him but doesn't know because he doesn't have the experience could be a reason for a league veto a trade, but it's kind of an iffy reason because do you punish an owner who is going to benefit from a trade from someone who doesn't know any better? I hope that your situation gets resolved and that it works out for both partys.
